Shipping policy

All items will be nicely packaged in a padded envelope with a gift bag to store your item.

Delivery within UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which will take approximately 2 working day.

International & European orders will be posted via Royal Mailed International Tracked which can take around 5 to 30 working days due to COVID-19.

Your order will be mailed via the Swiss Post who will forward it to your Country postal service!

Once your order has been mailed your tracking number will be included in your shipping notification.
You can also use this number to track via your order via your country’s online tracking system once it has arrived and has been scanned in!

📮Delivery times can vary tremendously!
Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 5-15 working days.

Packages travelling across a border, occasionally get held up at customs! I am sorry, I do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials and sometimes they take their time. Please understand you are taking a risk when buying internationally that your package may be delayed up to 7 weeks. This is rare, but it happens occasionally.

🔴CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES🔴
Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
