t all started with a bold pair of earrings, a reality TV binge, and a dream too loud to ignore.

Back in 2011, jewellery wasn’t just something I wore. It was something I felt. I started with stretchy gemstone bracelets made from turquoise, onyx and jasper. Each one told a story. My first Etsy launch? A total flop. But the dream never left.

Then came the hand chain. Dainty. Custom-fit. Size inclusive. It went viral in 2014 and became part of the Breaking Hearts Jewels signature.

The name? A friend once looked at my collection and said, “You’re breaking people’s hearts trying to choose.” I laughed and replied, “What about Breaking Hearts Jewels?” She smiled and said, “Sounds like a global brand.”

And just like that, BHJ was born.
