• Studio bonus: personalise your charms on the spot, hand stamped with initials, birth flowers or symbols like cherries and paw prints. It lasts longer than engraving, and we can only do it in the studio
• Custom fitting and a secure spark weld

How pricing works

This is your deposit only, not the full price. A non-refundable deposit of £40 secures your appointment, £10 per person, and comes off your final total on the day. You each choose your chain and style with us, and pay for your piece when you are with us.

How much is permanent jewellery at Breaking Hearts Jewels in Bolton?

Bracelets start from £35. The price depends on the piece and the chain you choose, and you pay for it on the day once you've picked it with us.

We use real gold and sterling silver, so as precious metal prices rise, our pricing may reflect that.

What is the £10 deposit?

This is your deposit only. To secure your spot there's a £10 deposit per person, which comes off your total on the day. So if you book for one and pick a £35 bracelet, you pay £25 on the day. The deposit is non-refundable.

How long does an appointment take?

Around 45 minutes per person, so allow a little longer when you bring friends.

Can I just walk in?

Our Bolton studio is open by appointment only, so book your spot online first. When you find us at one of our artisan markets there's no appointment needed, just turn up!

Where is the studio?

Upstairs at Sloane Salon, Studio 3, 222 St George's Road, Bolton, BL1 2PH. We're open by appointment only.

What can I have welded?

Bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings and toe rings, ear chains, hand chains and belly chains, from over 260 chains in gold and sterling silver. In the studio we can also hand stamp your charms on the spot with initials, birth flowers or little symbols like cherries and paw prints.

How does it work?

Choose your chain, choose your charm, get custom fitted, and then you're spark welded. No clasp and nothing to take off.

Do you make memorial jewellery?

Yes. We make memorial jewellery with ashes, hair or fur, and it's made in front of you on the day, so just bring it with you. Breast milk works a little differently, because it has to be turned into a powder before we can use it, so we'll talk you through that part. It can be done upstairs in our Bolton studio, or if the stairs are hard for you we can come to you with a home visit. Send us an enquiry and we'll go through everything with you, no pressure at all.
