The studio

A lot of people don't realise how pretty our studio is until they walk in, so here is a little look.

The Bloom Bench

This is our Bloom Bench. Photos are totally optional, and you can come dressed up or come in your pyjamas, we are not going to judge you.

Snap one for Instagram, TikTok and all the socials, or keep it just for you. A little memory on your phone, or a page for your scrapbook or journal.

Make it a birthday

Add a birthday package to your appointment. It has its own listing, so book your spot here first, then add the package. See the birthday packages

• Birthday Glam, £15. Happy Birthday banner, balloons, sash, tiara and sunglasses.
• Birthday Cheers, £20. Everything in Glam, plus a personalised drink marker and a prosecco or mocktail in a keepsake coupe glass for every guest.
• Full Birthday, £30. Everything above, plus a personalised mini cake with a laser engraved topper. We need 48 hours notice for this one.

The sash, tiara and sunglasses are for the birthday girl or the birthday boy, whoever we are celebrating. Drinks and markers are for everyone in the room. Tell us any dietary needs or drink preferences when you book.

On the day

• Allow about 45 minutes per person. No rush at all.
• It doesn't hurt, you don't feel a thing.
• Pay for your piece on the day. Your £10 deposit per person comes off.
• We are upstairs at Sloane Salon, Studio 3, so there are stairs.

How pricing works

This is your deposit only, not the full price. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person secures your appointment and comes off your final total on the day. You choose your chain and style with us, and pay for your piece when you are with us. A birthday package is booked separately and paid in full.

Price guide

We use real gold and sterling silver, so as precious metal prices rise, our pricing may reflect that.

How much is permanent jewellery at Breaking Hearts Jewels in Bolton?

Bracelets start from £35. The price depends on the piece and the chain you choose, and you pay for it on the day once you've picked it with us. The full price guide is above.

What is the £10 deposit?

This is your deposit only. To secure your spot there's a £10 deposit per person, which comes off your total on the day. So if you book for one and pick a £35 bracelet, you pay £25 on the day. The deposit is non-refundable.

How long does an appointment take?

Around 45 minutes per person, so allow a little longer when you bring friends.

Can I just walk in?

Our Bolton studio is open by appointment only, so book your spot online first. When you find us at one of our artisan markets there's no appointment needed, just turn up!

Upstairs at Sloane Salon, Studio 3, 222 St George's Road, Bolton, BL1 2PH. We're open by appointment only.

Do you make memorial jewellery?

Yes. We make memorial jewellery with ashes, hair or fur, and it's made in front of you on the day, so just bring it with you. Breast milk works a little differently, because it has to be turned into a powder before we can use it, so we'll talk you through that part. It can be done upstairs in our Bolton studio, or if the stairs are hard for you we can come to you with a home visit. Send us an enquiry and we'll go through everything with you, no pressure at all.
